What Is The Emotion & Body Code & Energy Work?
Our bodies are so much more than what we see.
We are all made up of an intricate energy system that impacts all which makes up our bodies—organs, muscles, glands, bones and more.
The first time I heard someone say that “everything is energy” I thought, “that’s crazy, our bodies are just bodies, they aren’t energy!” I was the biggest skeptic of all.
Then I was reminded that tools like EEG’s (measure brain waves) and EKG’s (measuring the electrical activity of the heart) all measure energy activity in the body.
When our energies are being disrupted, blocked or are sluggish our bodies and minds can experience both physical and emotional symptoms.
Symptoms can include pain, fear, anxiety, fear, heartache, excessive sadness,feeling “stuck”, allergies and many other imbalances.
When you feel like you “can’t talk about it” anymore,
the Emotion Code is the way to go.
If your initial reaction to the Body Code is something like “this sounds really flakey” I can certainly understand why you might feel that way…because that’s pretty much how I felt. But, because I trust Heather, I decided to give it a shot. Here’s what I found.
1. Even while Heather was going through the Body Code process, it still felt flakey. Up until I started crying. Then it became real. To this day, I still don’t know what I was crying about.
2. But I do know that immediately after my session I felt what I now know were internal blocks melting away.
3. About 6-7 days later, I noticed changes in my behavior patterns. Then more changes. And still more. some changes were personal, some were business and some were both. I’m now more productive in both areas.
4. Think of it as analogous to Pac-Man—some little being inside of you running around and dissolving things that have been holding you back for months or even years.
5. Bottom line. Maybe it does sound a little flakey. But, if you’d like to unstick some part of your life that’s stuck, why let something at may sound flakey at the start stand between you and a happier and more productive you?
I ask that question because one of the most interesting things is that just once those blocks are dissolved and your behavior begins to change, it’s just like compounding interest—it just continues to grow.Tom K
How Are Emotions Removed?
Once a trapped emotion is identified, we are able to release it using a magnet and running it over the energy line in the body called the governing meridian.
This can be likened to taking a credit card and running it over a magnet–the magnet changes or delete the information on the card. In the same way, once we have identified a trapped emotion (by accessing the information from the subconscious mind using applied kinesiology), we run the magnet over the governing meridian and this delete or releases the energy from the body.
From a distance, I am able to run the magnet over myself, as I have permission to be proxy for the client and this releases the trapped emotion from the client. This is based on the theory that we are space and energy and that we are connected.
What does “processing time” mean and what can processing feel like?
Ahh…the lovely processing period, with all its emotional ups and downs, crazy dreams, fatigue, sleeplessness…some experience it, some don’t…
Fortunately, it seems like these symptoms are only experienced 20% of the time and they only last a day or two for the most part. Here’s an analogy that makes the processing pretty easy to understand:
Releasing trapped emotions is like doing surgery on the energetic body. We are literally looking for “malignant” or harmful energies that need to be removed, then we remove them, and the energy body has to heal and reorganize or regain its balance.
If you were to do actual surgery to have a tumor removed, you would expect to have at least a few days of downtime afterward. Your surgeon would also likely tell you what to expect during this healing time and he/she would also advice you to get extra rest in order to allow the body to heal. The advice after an energy releasing session is just about the same!
Be aware that if you feel out of sorts, have changes in your sleeping pattern, vivid dreams or emotional ups and downs, this is totally normal. Drink lots of water, eat healthy and get lots of rest and let your energy body heal itself.
