This salad is from my dear friend Joyce who is an amazing teacher and cook. It’s super easy to make and a great way to get your sea veggie in. I wish I could take credit for this one…ladies, you done good!

What’s Smart & Sexy About This Salad?

Nori & Dulse– These sea veggies are sexy because they both provide one of the broadest ranges of minerals of any food.

Dulse (and Nori) help to cleanse the body of heavy metals and supports healthy brain function.

Nori is considered the healthiest edible paper Nori is what Sushi is wrapped in.  Munching on Nori is a great, easy snack too!

Pumpkin Seeds–Just ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds contains almost half of the recommended amount of magnesium, which is great to keep your heart pumping and your body relaxed.

Trust me, when you bring this to a party, everyone will love you for it!
