Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

[serves 1]

1 banana
½ cup pumpkin puree (Farmer’s Organic is a good brand)
1 tablespoon flax seed or chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon coconut nectar or 2-4 drops stevia
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup ice

Blend and enjoy!
