Every once in a while I crave a thick creamy shake–chocolate of course. And, if I can add in some of my other favorite flavors, all the better.
This shake combines some of my favorite foods–chocolate, banana and peanut-butter or almond butter (I don’t discriminate).
It makes about 3 cups…which, for me is 1 serving but it’s definitely enough that you can save some for later.
Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Shake
(makes approximately 3 cups)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk of your choice)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter or almond butter
2 tablespoons cocoa power
1-2 frozen bananas (depending on how sweet you like it)
2-4 drops Stevia (depending on if you want it sweeter)
Ice (if you like it cold & frothy)
Add all ingredient into a high speed blender and enjoy!
