Nutty Irishman Smoothie

[2 servings}

1 cup organic unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 banana
2 kale leaves
1 handful arugula, spinach, or watercress
1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
2 tbsp. ground raw almonds
1 cup cold filtered water

Optional: 1 or 2 Medjool dates

All add ingredients to a blender and mix until pureed.
