Release the Foods That Are Robbing Your EnergyAnd Increase Your Vibrancy
Could a hidden food
sensitivity be robbing
you of your energy?
Do you have a feeling that something you are eating isn’t working for you but you can’t put your finger on it?
Do you only eat real, whole foods and still feel like terrible?
Do you have symptoms that cause considerable impact on your life daily yet your doctor tells you “it’s all in your head”? (I’ve been there…so annoying!)
Then the IgG Food Sensitivity Test May Be For You.
The IgG Food Sensitivity test might be the answer
you’ve been looking for!
“I was eating what most would call a ‘healthy’ diet–plant based, no processed foods but was lethargic and bloated. I had a sense that my body was not liking fruit but I kept eating them because they are ‘healthy.’
When I saw my results of the IgG test and saw that I am highly reactive to Apples and Banana’s my suspicions were confirmed.
Since removing them from my diet, my energy has increased and I am no longer bloated!”
IgG–What is it and what does it mean?
IgG stands for immunoglobulin G antibodies, which are major components of our immune systems. The IgG antibodies protect our bodies from infection.
If we are consistently consuming a food that our bodies detect as an “invader” it sends out the IgG antibodies to “fight.”
The IgG test assesses your tolerance of the 96 most common allergenic foods.
Your results will reveal the foods you have high and low reactions to, taking years off the “elimination diet” process.
What Are The Benefits Of The Test?
* Helps determine if food reactions are contributing to physical or mental symptoms.
* Is helpful in structuring elimination diets so you don’t have to do the guesswork.
* You get the results in 1-2 weeks and then you can eliminate the culprit and get on the road to
* You don’t have to leave your home to take it.
What’s The Difference Between A Food Sensitivity And A Food Allergy?
Often the terms are used interchangeably but some sensitivities are not true allergies.
Allergies occur when your immune system overreacts to triggers (environmental or food) causing tissue inflammation (think skin rash) or organ dysfunction (think swelling tongue).
Allergic reactions typically occur within a short period of time of consuming the food or being exposed to the allergen.
Allergic reactions are obvious and easy to notice such as sneezing or wheezing after you walk past a freshly cut lawn or break out in hives after eating a certain food (or worse, need to carry an Epi-pen around with you).
Sensitivities also can invoke an immune system response but they are a bit trickier since they cause a slower reaction within the cells making it more difficult to track.
What’s tricky about food sensitivities is that two people can have a sensitivity to the same food and have completely different results.
