I’ve never drank a cup of coffee in my life.  Seriously.  For me, hypoglycemia + caffeine is not a good match.

Yet, I keep reading about how great Green Tea is for us and how the caffeine is so minimal that it typically doesn’t impact people who normally are affected by caffeine.

So I decided to see how I’d feel with it and tried in as a base for my smoothies.  Since it doesn’t really have a flavor you can’t really tell that it’s in there.

Surprisingly, I haven’t noticed any negative effects yet and it’s a great way to get some extra antioxidants into my body.

Try it and let me know what you think.
