Look no further.  This amazingly easy & delicious Kale Salad is so Smart because it’s easy to make. And it’s Sexy because it is not only gorgeous, but it’s full of delicious & nutritious real food such as Kale, which is a great food for the liver and for detoxification. 

Nutritional Yeast is filled with B12, which keeps your nerves and red blood cells healthy.

Tahini is made from Sesame Seeds, which have been known to improve positive energy.

A little bit of cutting, messaging and mixing together, you will have this salad ready in no time. AND…everyone will be asking you for the recipe!

[Makes: 4-6 servings)

1 bunch kale
2 tablespoons EVOO
¼ cup nutritional yeast

Lemon Tahini Dressing:
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons tahini
2 ¼ teaspoons dash tamari
1 tablespoon water
dash pepper

½ cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped shallots

Remove the kale leaves from the stem and chop into little pieces and place in a bowl. In a small bowl, mix together the extra-virgin olive oil and nutritional yeast and massage into kale.

In a separate small bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients together then add into kale.

Top with cherry tomatoes and shallots and wait for the energy!
