What Is The Body-Love Alignment Protocol?

It turns out, hating our body doesn’t get us the body we desire! The years of beating your self up because of what your body looks like are over—It’s time to release the subconscious blocks that are keeping your energetic vibration low.
Releasing your Heart-Wall, aligning your energy centers and getting your heart and your brain messages to reach your body tissues, organs and glands intact is the first step,…and for many, is a huge step in creating a loving relationship with their body.
After that, we will come up with the vision of your relationship with your body, we will measure how much of you is in Acceptance Mode of your physical body, how much of you is pulling in the opposite direction, which is Rejection Mode and how much of you is in Stagnant Mode (when nothing is moving either direction).

We’ll then work to release the subconscious blocks that are holding you back from accepting your body fully and completely.


The amount of sessions varies from person to person & everything is done remotely, meaning, after an initial conversation, I’ll do the work on you, then send you the information on what is released (you’ll receive a voice memo and also everything will be written up in a shared google drive document. Once the work is done, we’ll have a follow up conversation).


….The results speak for themselves. In 4 months, I have lost over 24lbs. I am healthier, fitter, stronger, more confident and I feel amazing. My energy levels are off the chart and I feel like me again. I eat like a horse but it’s all the right stuff. I’ve cut out sugar, cut way back on wine, went back to being a veggie, upped the juices and smoothies, drink lots of filtered water and am taking great pleasure in exercising – yoga, pilates, running, walking and swimming.
