Avocado Key Lime Smoothie
1/2 -1 cup Apple Juice
1 1/2 c-1 cup Water (depending on how much apple juice you use)
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
I whole lime (peeled)
1 large handful of Spinach
3 Kale leaves
Place all items in a vitamix & blend. If you would like it chilled, add ice. If you’d like more sweetness, add more apple juice or an apple.
*Note--I typically just use water in this and skip the apple juice.
